How to use it

  4. If you don't want cents, tick "Round up".

FAQ

How much should I tip?

It depends on the country: in the US 15–20% is common; in many countries in Europe it is optional and smaller. Pick what fits.

What does rounding do?

It raises each share to the next whole number so nobody deals with coins. The leftover is added to the tip and we show it.

Is the tip calculated on the total?

Yes, on the bill amount you type.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once the page is open, the maths happens on your phone.
