FAQ
What are billable hours?
The ones you charge a client for. Finding clients, emails and invoices are unpaid: 60–75% billable is normal.
Why is it higher than I expected?
Because as a freelancer you pay your own taxes, tools and holidays. A salary divided by hours does not work.
Hourly or per project?
Use the hourly rate to price the project (estimated hours × rate) and charge per project.
Is my data stored?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser.
